Trium Blocks Terms and License
Effective September 28, 2026
Trium Systems LLC ("Trium") makes the Trium blocks (website components and
their code) and the Trium image library available to people who buy a
license. This page says what you may and may not do with them.
Who the license is for
- One person: the individual who bought it, signed in with the email address used for the purchase. It is not a team or company license and it cannot be shared, transferred or resold.
- Keep your account and your personal registry token to yourself. If a token leaks, rotate it from your account.
What you get
- Every block and every image in the library at the time you buy, and the blocks and images Trium adds later, for as long as Trium offers the library.
- One payment. There is no subscription. Every sale is final: purchases are not refunded.
What you may do
- Use, change and combine the blocks and images in websites you build, for yourself or for your clients, commercial or not.
- Build as many websites for as many clients as you like.
- Hand a finished website, including the parts of the blocks and the images it uses, to your client. Your client may keep, run and change that website.
What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense, share or give away the blocks or images on their own, whether changed or not, and whether free or paid.
- Redistribute them as a library, template kit, theme, UI kit, starter, component registry, website builder or any product that competes with the Trium library, or that lets other people pick and use the blocks or images to build their own sites.
- Share your account, your downloads or your registry token with anyone else.
Third-party code
A few blocks are adapted from open-source projects. Those parts stay under
their own licenses, listed in `THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md`, which ships with every
block. Keep those notices with the code. Where an open-source license gives you
more rights for its part, it applies to that part.
Ownership, warranty and ending
- Trium keeps ownership of the blocks and images. Buying a license gives you the right to use them as described here, not ownership.
- The blocks and images are provided "as is", without any warranty. Trium is not liable for damages arising from their use, to the extent the law allows.
- If you break these terms, your license ends and you must stop using the library for new work. Websites you already delivered to clients in line with this license may keep running.
- If a purchase is refunded, access to the paid library ends.
