Trium Sites

Terms of Service

Last updated October 3, 2026

Trium Sites (triumsites.com) is a website service from Trium Labs, the public brand of Trium Systems LLC ("Trium", "we", "us"). These terms cover choosing a template, editing your own copy, buying your website, hosting it, and any domain you connect or register through Trium Sites. By buying a website or using the customer portal, you agree to them. You must be 18 or older to buy a website or domain through Trium Sites; if you are under 18, a parent or guardian must make the purchase.

What you buy

  • A website made from the template or preview you chose, with the changes you saved before checkout.
  • The payment option offered for your website is shown at checkout: one payment, a monthly subscription without a setup fee, or a one-time setup fee followed by a monthly subscription. Subscription-only charges the first month at checkout, then the same amount each month until cancelled. With setup plus subscription, only the setup fee is charged at checkout for the first month; monthly charges start one month later at the agreed rate. The setup fee is charged only once. If the same day does not exist in the following month, monthly billing starts on that month’s last day. The exact date is shown by Stripe before payment. Existing customers keep their agreed website rate when prices for new customers change. Optional new domains have separate annual renewal subscriptions. Prices and billing timing are shown before you pay.
  • Your website goes live when the payment completes. The preview bar comes off, search engines can index the site, and its enquiry form sends messages to the email address you entered at checkout.
  • One round of changes after launch, and free small corrections for 14 days after launch. Email us to ask for them.

Hosting

Trium hosts your website for you. Hosting is currently included in the price you paid.

Editing your website

Most Trium Sites websites can be edited from the customer portal at triumsites.com/portal. Sign in with the email address you used at checkout: we email you a one-time code, or you can continue with Google when that option is shown. Click any text or photo to change it, then save, and the change appears on your live site. If your website cannot be edited in the portal, email us the changes you want.

The words, photos and claims you add or change on your website are your responsibility. Only publish content you have the right to use, and keep what your site says about your business accurate.

Your web address and domains

  • Included address. Every site comes with an address on triumsites.com, such as your-business.triumsites.com, at no extra cost. It stays with your website while Trium Sites hosts it. The triumsites.com domain itself belongs to Trium.
  • A domain you already own. You can connect it at checkout or later from the portal. It stays in your account at your own registrar. We show you the DNS records to add there, and your site switches over once they are in.
  • A new domain. You can register one at checkout or later from the portal. We register it through Vercel's domain registration service in your name, with your business as the organization: you are the domain's registrant and its owner. We use the name you enter at checkout, and Stripe collects your billing address and phone number at payment. We pass these to the registrar as the owner's contact details, because domain registries require them. You pay for the first year at checkout, at the price shown.
  • Renewal for new domain subscriptions. Website payments follow the one-time or monthly option accepted at checkout. A new domain includes its first registration year at checkout and a separate annual renewal subscription. You authorize Stripe to charge your saved payment method for domain renewal, with the first renewal payment approximately 30 days before the first registration year ends, then annually. The renewal price is shown at checkout; any updated registrar renewal price is notified before billing. Renewal occurs only after successful payment. We notify you of failed payments; an unpaid or cancelled domain may expire. Manage your payment method or cancel future renewal in your customer portal. Cancellation leaves the paid registration term and website purchase unchanged. Cancel this subscription if you transfer the domain away. Existing purchases retain the terms agreed at purchase unless a new arrangement is accepted.
  • Confirming your details. The registrar may email you to confirm your contact details. Please confirm them: a domain whose owner details are not confirmed can be suspended.
  • Moving your domain. You can move a domain you registered through Trium Sites to another registrar. Sign in to the portal, open Manage domain and choose Get transfer code, or email us. Registry rules can block a transfer for a period after a domain is registered or transferred; the portal tells you when that applies. After the move, you manage and pay for the domain at your new registrar.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe emails you a receipt, and we email you a confirmation with your live address. Monthly website customers can update their payment method and cancel future monthly charges in the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancelling a website subscription does not cancel a separate domain renewal subscription.

Using Trium Sites

Do not use Trium Sites or your website to send spam, interfere with the service, test security controls without permission, submit false or misleading information, or publish anything unlawful. Do not send passwords, API keys, registrar credentials, domain authorization codes or other secrets through a website form or by email.

No guaranteed results

Business results depend on many factors outside Trium's control. Trium does not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, bookings, rankings or revenue.

Refund policy

Last updated October 2, 2026

Refunds. If you're not happy with your website, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of your initial website payment; we'll take the site down. A domain registered through checkout is yours and its cost can't be refunded, since the registration can't be reversed. After 14 days, purchases are final. If you're charged twice, or we can't deliver your site or domain, we refund that charge in full whenever it happens.
